This is the engagement session that almost didn’t happen! A about a half hour before I was supposed to leave my house to meet Erin and Jonathan, I looked out my window and the weather conditions didn’t look so great. It looked very stormy so I gave them a call and asked them how they wanted to proceed. We deliberated rescheduling but ultimately decided to go for it and I’m so happy that we did! The conditions for our shoot were so unique – a dense fog rolled in from Lake Erie to the point that we couldn’t see fifty yards in front of us. About twenty minutes later the fog started to dissipate revealing our environment and the sun creating a whole new mood and atmosphere. I’m so grateful for Erin and Jonathan going out on a limb with me for this engagement session – sometimes, magic happens when you least expect it! I can’t wait for their wedding that’s just over a month away!
